Property located close to the town. There is a soccer net and ball provided, which my son really enjoyed. Everything was neat and clean and exactly as in the photos. The fireplace was great, with wood provided, really heated up the inside nicely! We forgot some clothing items and Greg was extremely helpful bringing them back to Melbourne for us. Greg supplied great information before our arrival, we wouldn’t have known to visit Raymond Island otherwise! This was the highlight of our trip, we saw loads of koalas!

It was just like being at home. Very spacious in a nice quiet location but still close to the town and the marina. Plenty of off street parking.

Greg was clear in his communication about how to access the property: door code provided and how to use for entry and locking. Easy and secure. Personal to our stay and no possibility of losing keys. Lots of towels and a very well equipped kitchen. We liked the clear explanation/requests for assisting with maintaining the property at the beginning and the end of our stay. Loved the view from the deck, the large living area, the comfortable beds, hearing and seeing the local wildlife.

Liked that the place was really clean. The bed was really comfortable. Full Kitchen. Loved the coffee machine. Plenty of hot water. Private accomodation. So peaceful and quiet.
