The breakfast spread was fantastic. Loved the off-grid aspect -- really helps you to see that it can be done. Loved the original, rustic, 1920s charm and decor. Shower pressure was great and water was hot. Perfect.

Everything, it was just beautiful. I felt like I’d gone back in time and spent a weekend at my Grandma’s house. The sitting room had a big beautiful old bay window and beautiful old double doors with lead light that opened to the lounge where we had the fire burning keeping us warm on what was a freezing cold day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside decking this staybut I plan on going back and sitting out there for hours in the warmer weather with a book. The house itself had everything you could possibly need and then some including a great shower. The scenery was just absolutely exquisite and I loved waking up to the kookaburras and watching the wild life with my morning coffee.

It was nice sitting outside and we liked that it was remote. It has a lot of history.
