If you’re dreaming of a peaceful getaway by the sea, Kalivas Beach House is the perfect place. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning—whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or winding down at sunset, the serenity is unmatched. The garden is a true highlight. It’s beautifully maintained, filled with charming olive trees that add a magical Mediterranean touch and a natural sense of privacy. It feels like your own little paradise. Located in Metamorfosi, the house is ideally situated—close enough to shops and tavernas, yet secluded enough for total relaxation. Whether you’re exploring Sithonia or just soaking up the sun on the nearby beach, everything is within easy reach. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to enjoy nature, comfort, and breathtaking views. We can’t wait to come back!

An amazing stay at this peaceful sea property! The tranquility, surrounded by beautiful olive gardens and spacious parking, made it the perfect getaway. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the sound of the waves from the balcony was so calming. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. Everything was spotless, and the linen and towels were of great quality. The house itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a well-equipped kitchenette, including a Nespresso machine. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, checking in with me about both my arrival and departure times, and arranging key pick-up and drop-off with great flexibility. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape. Visiting already for the second time and I will for sure be visiting again
