Good location when traveling by car. No issues with parking, 15-minute drive to Venice parking garages. Breakfast was ok. Good shower.

A very cozy, clean and comfortable hotel! Reception personnel are all very friendly and kind! Convenient connection with Venice, just some 10-15 min by tram!
