Everything was perfect! Mr .Dario is really polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there were available snacks all day, every day. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and really quiet. The location is ideal..close to both Venice's old town and the airport. Also, you can find anything you wish nearby.

Location ideal for visiting Venice- the bus/tram station is 3 min walking distance. The property is superclean and quiet. Our host was very helpful, kind and prompt for all our questions :) we had a great time and will come back!

We liked everything about our stay at Residenza Giacomuzzi, Dario is a perfect host, rooms are super comfy and clean. Everything that we need is a few minutes of walking distance. Thanks for being such a good and helpful host Dario 🤗

Residenza Giacomuzzi is a wonderful place to spend a night or even longer in Mestre. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we truly enjoyed it. The room has everything you need, and the main hall is thoughtfully equipped with a coffee maker, fresh fruit, and muffins—such a lovely touch. Although we didn’t have the chance to meet Dario, the owner, we were delighted to meet his father instead—a true Italian gentleman. He took the time to explain everything about Mestre and Venice and gave us excellent tips for restaurants and walking tours. Such a great person! Thank you for everything—we hope to come back again.
