Great breakfast, good size bathroom. Very easy location to hop on a bus to Venice. A couple of nice restaurants nearby.

Booked specifically due to close proximity to Venice Mestre station as had early return flight the following morning. Perfect location for that. Quality bedding. If you stay here, you can receive a QR code and avoid the Venice tourist tax. Not required after 4 pm, so we got the train in to Venice for the evening for €1.45 each Receptionist very helpful.

This was my second stay this year at the hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. My room was , as requested, very quiet and extremely comfortable. With a five minute walk to either the train station or a bus stop, the hotel offers a very practical way to access Venice island without the much higher fees charged by a hotel offers comparable standard in Venice itself.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location next to the train station. I had arranged a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and the staff did an amazing job decorating the room with beautiful balloons and flowers — it made the day even more special. Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend!
