- gym that was 24 hour - check in really quick and staff friendly - free access pass to venice when staying here - great location, across the road from bus that takes 10 mins into Venice - good restaurants right on the doorstep, supermarket nearby - good aircon, comfy room

Beautiful and modern hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent service. There is free parking near the hotel and if it is not available, there is a paid parking lot right next door.
