Basic but comfy and clean. Quiet even if windows on the roadside (really few traffic day and night) Fridge in the room. Good shower's pressure. Heatpump. Easy acces to buses and tram in the street to go the city center or Venizia. Nice coffee at 2 minutes by foot for breakfast.

Room was spacious for 4 of us, staff were friendly, good price. Near to McDonald’s. Easy to get bus into Venice. 20mins from airport. Room was clean and towels provided.

The room lacked property heating system plus kitchen facilities such as tea sugar etc
