I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I can strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well managed. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job. The location is also a big advantage — convenient, easy to reach, and close to everything important. It made exploring the city very simple. What really made the difference, though, was the hospitality. The staff truly care about guests and it shows in every detail. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

The staff were very kind and hospitable and gave me a ensuite room even though I booked a single room with shared bathroom, with no extra charge. The location of the accommodation was very convenient, as the train and bus stations was a 4 minute walk, you could catch one train to get to the main part of Venice.
