Location was good in terms of how it was close to the bus and train station, but the area was uninviting. There was a portable air conditioner in the room. Bed was comfortable too. Staff were friendly enough. Hotel provided new toiletries after the 2nd night during room service. Plugs and light above bed, and night stands on either side were nice.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel conveniently located right next to Mestre Station—making it super easy to catch the train to Venice Santa Lucia. The property was clean, safe, and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a shared bathroom to a private one, which was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining out very convenient. Overall, excellent value for the location and service. Would definitely stay here again!

Staffs are so kind, the hotel is quite old but clean and they said it doesn't have a kitchen but it has a microwave and a refrigerator. It was helpful to me.
