The room is very small, but clean and there is everything that is necessary. The air condition works very well, the frigo too. The staff is extremely gentle and friendly, always at your service. They took my suitcase to the second floor. Rooms are cleaned every day. After the third night they changed the sheets even though I only stayed one more night. Bus tickets can be purchased at the reception at any time. The location is excellent, bus number 2 that goes directly to Venice stops literally at the door of the hotel. A large supermarket is about 700-800 m from the hotel.

Location is good, close to Mestre center. They had a room for 4 (even though it was very small room) what is rare thing to find. Friendly staff. Limited parking available (just you have to leave your car keys in the reception)

Location was very good making it very easy to get into Venice. Staff extremely helpful with early check- in and also avoiding tourist tax in Venice.The bus right outside the hotel made it easy to get around

Everything the staff could not do enough my father was in hospital in Venice and they helped my mother be comfortable until we arrived and helped us with travel info and get closer to dad
