Great location and great value. Just jump on the tram to Venice close to the hotel. Alex on the desk was so helpful and friendly. Ask him for advice on the local area and Venice. He was a star.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Venice. The tram station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and trams are going every 10 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, upon arrival they gave us all the tips for visiting Venice and how to get there. They also let us leave the car in the parking lot after check out. The room had very comfortable beds and really everything we needed to stay during our visit. Next time we go to Venice, we know where to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to tram stop (to Venice), also next to bus stop (to airport). The guys at the reception are very helpful. The room was clean, big enough, warm (we visited on March). The price (included breakfast) was amazing. The breakfast was very good indeed. If you plan to visit Venice, we strongly suggest you to book a room in this hotel.
