Quite easy to get into Venice (bus just outside the hotel...6 days a week until mid evening; train station 10 minute walk but excellent cheap service). Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine - the mattresses were the best I've ever slept on! Breakfast was good (10 euros)

Nice room size. Extra duvets in the room. Nice toilet with shower. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, however frequency is 30min. Not working on Sundays and late in the evening. The train station is a bit confusing, so we ended up using another bus that was near this same station (the walk between this bus stop and the hotel is a bit dodgy). Check transportation in advance. Reception will explain both bus and train timetable and will give you a paper version of both.
