Really good location - bus stop right outside goes direct to old town Venice and very close to train station. Also some excellent restaurants nearby (staff will help you find them) Wonderful staff - sorted our transfer to the airport, opened the bar for us in the hotel and sold us rail tickets. Basically anything we needed they were on hand to help with a smile. Much appreciated! Comfy rooms - basic but very comfortable. Windows that open and excellent soundproofing (we didn’t hear any sound from the nearby railway line). Very comfy bed

A very nice, modern, and clean hotel – we were completely satisfied and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient: the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it quick and easy to get to Venice (ticket around €1.50). The train station is also nearby, just a short walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and professional staff, who were always helpful and answered all our questions. A special thank you to Karlo at the reception – he was extremely friendly, attentive, and handled all our requests in a very professional way. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again! Fam. Klassen

This boutique hotel offers a great breakfast, all staff members are willing to help and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location, though out of the mainstream has buses at the front door and train service a short walk. Perfect location

I stayed here for about 10–11 days for work and everything was excellent. The staff was very kind, communication was easy, and the hotel was always clean. I never had any problems during my stay. The location is very convenient, close to Porta Marghera station and also near bus stops, which made traveling very easy. I would definitely recommend it.
