Staffs are really helpful. Bus stop at the entrance 25 min ride to Venice.

It’s literally 20 seconds away from the bus stop to Venice. It was a perfect choice when you don’t want to overpay for the hotel in Venice. Breakfast was shy but acceptable and it was a pleasant surprise as it was included. Furniture etc wasn’t new but to be honest for this price it’s a gem!

Hotel staff was quite polite and helpful. The room was quite big. On the first floor is a coffee machine, where you can do simple coffee for free. Next to the hotel is a bus station, you can go directly to Venice or to Mestre main station. In the same building with the hotel is good restaraunt.
