Very nice location, close to the bus station so easily you can get a bus to Venice. Staff very friendly and nice 🥳

Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very kind and attentive. It was my first visit to Italy, but I will definitely come back again and will stay here.

Good location. At the bottom of the road is a bus and tram line. So it’s very easy to get into Venice Mestre and Venice itself as the tram goes direct. 26 minutes roughly. Property itself was nicely contained and would stay again if visiting Venice.
