One-night stay. Room in a flat which was clean and usable. Nothing special but its good value for its location. All room and shared amenities and facilities worked fine and were clean. Relatively informal check in process but Jhon (the manager) was very helpful and friendly and met us at the property when needed and showed us into the room. 10 minute walk from Mestre station a little tricky due to road crossing locations but we found it fine even arriving in the dark and felt perfectly safe. Quiet in the rooms despite facing a large road.

Amazing apartment! Good location, nice host, all the necessary kitchen equipment, free tea and coffee, kettle and fridge - all you need for a stay. 8 minutes walk to the the bus and train station. 10 min by train to get to St Lucia train station. That's the one I will recommend to my friends going to Venice.
