Great location (5 mins walk from the heart of the city, bus stops are nearby) and very nice and helpful staff.

The receptionist was wonderful — he really helped us a lot. Kudos to him! The accommodation is in a great location. There is parking available, and right behind the hotel you have a tram that takes you to Venice.
