Very central for bus service into Venice. Staff on reception and the breakfast staff were extremely helpful. Had a leak on the aircon, and it was fixed straight away. It is very central for lots of bars and restaurants in a plaza.

Hotel was clean. Amzar was friendly, knowledgeable. He helped us to see Venice best way possible in shortest period of time. Breakfast was good. Kindest of staff is outstanding.

We chose this hotel as a spot from which to leave for Venice. Parking was free, and a bus stop to Venice was very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast choice was on the poor side, the fried egg was cooked superbly! We arrived very early and we got in in 30 min, just after the cleaning.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, it had nice breakfast. It's very close to the bus stop for the 4L bus that takes you to Venice,and close to the bus stop for the bus to Treviso. Also supermarket Coop 4 mins walking distance. The stuff was very nice and helpful. They also informed us about the Venice entrance fee, that if you book a hotel even outside Venice i.e. in Mestre area like where we stayed, you don't have to pay the entrance fee, you only have to show your hotel booking. We will definitely come back again! 😁
