The staff is amazing. They changed my reservations from mixed to female only dorm prior to my stay, as I kindly asked them due to the mistake I had made while booking. Next, I was given an upper bed and being a restless sleeper, I requested a down one, they managed to change that upon arrival. The rooms are so clean and quiet. Next, the location is perfect, they have huge resting areas and coffee machine, a small caffé, breakfast options, designated smoking area, 3 lifts(no need to wait). I stored my luggage safely after check out free of charge. SPOT ON from a-z!

This hostel was fab. Great decor, good size outdoor area. Snacks available from coffee bar & machines. Close proximity to other food outlets. Small store 2 mins away for snacks/water. Less than 5 mins walk from train station & buses. Rooms were spacious ( I stayed in female 8 bed) very clean & bright. Beds comfy, you have your own light & plug, just needed a curtain. Large draw under bed good size, would fit large rucksack. ( being own padlock) or purchase at hostel. The hostel app is fantastic. Answers all questions about the hostel & Venice. Also includes guided tours. Be sure you check it out. 10 mins in to city by bus or train. Super easy. Tickets for bus can be purchased at bus stop. Good luggage storage and commons areas. Sadly didn’t get to enjoy the night life, as tired from exploring, but was never disturbed by noise & I was on level 1. I would highly recommend this place. Lots of spaces to be social or grab a quiet space on your own. Enjoy

The hostel is so close to the station so it’s really easy to get to and from Venice! The staff are really helpful and theres a website with heaps of information about the area! We booked a mixed dorm but everyone in the room was female, this may have just been a coincidence but it was a nice touch! The nightly events were quite fun and lots of people got involved!!
