The breakfast was amazing The location is perfect in the center of Mestia - dinner options few mins walk A Nice terrace open to the guests to enjoy the mountains Room is new and clean

The location was very good, just off the main highway through Mestia, but very quiet. The balcony looked out across the town, past a couple of the old watchtowers that are a feature of the town. The bed was comfortable, and the room - we upgraded ourselves to a family room for some additional space - was well equipped. Parking was available on the property downstairs. Breakfast, served in the adjacent main building only 50m away, was varied and more than adequate. Overall, a very good base for exploring the Svaneti region around Mestia.
