The most wonderful host we have ever met! We made our reservation just 10 minutes before arrival, and our room was already perfectly ready for us. The property is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful veranda ,both enclosed and open ,offering stunning mountain views. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and impossible to finish! Our host also gave us wonderful tips on what to visit in the area and even helped us with laundry. Hand on heart, I couldn't recommend this place more highly and a score of 10 is honestly still not enough! გმადლობთ!

The owner is an amazing person, welcoming you like at home. The place is clean, warm, with a great view, I can't recommend it highly enough. Don't think twice about booking, more than worth it.

Thea is a lovely host. The location is really nice... It has a lot of character and charm. We got a little surprise in the evening which was delicious...but the most amazing thing was the breakfast with the view

picturesque views on the towers of Mestia, fantastic breakfast thanks to a host with a great & warm hospitality. The view in the morning while taking breakfast wiyth the sun rising on the mountains, also great at sunset. The room is large and clean - the bed was super comfortable.
