The location is great. We had a town view which looked amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was stocked with a choice of drinks that were affordable. Breakfast was also satisfactory. They were in contact with us prior to our stay to make sure we had an easy check-in as well. View of the port will be mostly blocked if a cruise liner is there, but once it leaves in the evening, view is spectacular. Make sure you think ahead if you're driving because we got stuck at the toll for over half an hour, and we missed the bell tower chimes at Duomo at noon.
