Extremely helpful people especially Marco who helped in every sitaution that arose My friends had a problem with their booking dates and he was extremely helpful, no matter what time of day it was He also booked a hairdresser for me Pity I did not get to meet him in person Well Done and Keep it up :-)

A beautifully renovated room of great proportions; the high ceilings with decorative Italian artwork stood out to us and the floors were also amazing. Lovely to have an elevator to the first floor and access was extremely easy with the same code for the front door, access door and room door. Marco was attentive, caring and very, very helpful. Kitchen access for breakfast was wonderful and easy. Thankyou.

I was absolutely charmed by Marco's helpfulness and kindness. When I arrived at the hotel, we noticed that my registration date was wrong; I had made a mistake when registering. It was late at night and a stressful situation, wondering what to do now and where to go with all my suitcases. But Marco completely calmed me down. There was another room available at the hotel. I got a wonderful suite at 360Me Palace. The atmosphere, interior, and design of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything is very well thought out and makes you feel uplifted. Thank you again, Marco.

I like firstly very friendly staff. Marco thank you for provide for us very easy self-check -in. Emanuelle thank you for every morning service . We very appreciate for suggestion what is good to see . We also very like design of apartment. Very comfortable bed . I like it is security box . I love is quiet even it is centre of Messina .
