The staff was nice. The room was warm, it was nice, since it was winter. The beds were comfortable. We took a tour with the 4x4 with our 2 year old and it was really nice. The view from the place is awesome, dunes just couple of meters away. We extended our stay for one day, because it was nice.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the dunes. Got up each morning and walked over the to dunes for sunrise. It's a beautiful place with spacious rooms, large beds and bathroom. The common areas inside and outside are lovely for relaxing. Wonderful staff, especially Brahim - so kind and helpful with a good sense of humour :)

The service we experienced from this accommodation was exceptional. A glitch in the booking system managed to double book and there was no room left for us. But once we arrived and discovered this our host did absolutely everything to accommodate us and ended up making up the Guides room at the top of the hotel for us to stay in at no charge. His service was exceptional. The room was great, warm and cosy. We had a wonderful night around the fireplace in the downstairs loungeroom drinking wine with another guest. As it was raining outside the hotel felt warm and comforting. I would give this hotel 5/5 for effort and service. Showers were hot and instant. Beds pretty comfy. Service excellent. Bar fridge and kettle on request. The location was perfect and easy parking if you are in a car - surrounded by supermarkets and cafes. The rooftop was totally cute and breakfast was lovely. I recommend this hotel as a great stop over if you are travelling through.
