I chose this camp because I could drive my rental car there easily and park safely. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The tent was huge and comfortable with lots of hot water and even WiFi. They organised a camel tour for sunset, cooked delicious dinner, and every night sang and played drums around the campfire. I can highly recommend this camp - it is excellent!

Helpful staff -> we deperted very early and were offered a packed breakfast for the road. Thank you!. Very tasty meals worth every penny. Overall a great desert experience.

A magical desert stay — dinner by the fire, a sky full of stars, and complete peaceful silence all around. The tents were clean and cozy, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt truly unique and unforgettable. Another big highlight is the location — you can walk straight out into the dunes for a sunrise or sunset stroll, which is absolutely breathtaking. There are also extra activities available, like a camel ride, which was a fantastic and authentic experience we highly recommend. We would happily come back!

I definitely loved my stay in the Activities Camp: the camp borders the desert, but can still be reached with any type of car from the main road. The tents (at least the one I stayed in) have nothing but a bed and a plug, but it is a tent after all... The toilet and shower facilities are more than enough for the number of guests, and I had no problem whatsoever. Staff was kind enough to entertain us with Berber songs in front of the campfire, under the stars, looking at the dunes. There is no way of expressing the serenity of the place; it must be seen... They offer a wide range of activities such as dune rides or camels etc., but I must admit I did not participate in any of those as I had my own plans. The dinner, although a bit pricey for Moroccan standards, was amazing (who knew lemons could be a main ingredient to replace potatoes?) and I definitely recommend it for your day of arrival if you do not want to drive to Merzouga for a bite (which has plenty of opportunities by the way). Breakfast was amazing as well, and they prepared me a breakfast to go for one of the mornings gladly. For travellers who speak French only, be warned, the camp had few people who spoke French (see Merzouga history and Spanish protectorate).
