The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Location was excellent close to jetty, the beach, and a lot of commodities around Communication with the staff was excellent, they even helped us find back a bag we forgot in the 1945 coffee bar Check in and check out was super smooth, appartement was clean with enough space for 11. Good value for money too

Location was perfect. Easy to walk around the area for food or groceries. Very close to the Mersing jetty. The space was also great - there was plenty of room for a big or small group - 5 bedrooms! Our kids enjoyed the foosball table. Our stay was short but we would definitely book here again and bring our friends. The contacts were very helpful - communication was excellent - easy check in/check out process. And they even went above and beyond our expectations -- my daughter left a small item in the bedroom -- the property contacts found the item and sent it back to us. Wow!!
