Location was great. Easy to find from the bus station, which is a bonus after the 7 hour coach from KL, and a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Friendly check in snd and clean, comfortable room.

The location is super close to the Mersing Jetty, ideal for whoever needs to catch a ferry. There's 24hr 711 right across the street, making it very convenient to get any essentials at any time.

Perfect place for a quick stopover before taking the ferry. The stairway and lobby were clean and bright and the man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean enough but could have benefitted from a proper deep clean (shelves, wardrobes, windows etc). Comfortable bed and good AC, and even a smart tv! Perfect location close to the ferry/bus terminal and opposite 7/11. Toilet paper provided when asked for it and a shared fridge (a clean one!) in the lobby to use.
