The position is perfect. An all day sunny aspect looking over Merimbula Lake. The gardens and the cleanliness of the bbq and pool areas are the nest we have seen. Congratulations to the groundskeeper

Beautiful views, quiet calm area, beach and great coffee 2 mins walk away. Great pool and spacious clean apartment.
