The gentleman at the front desk/reception was exceptional, so friendly, and couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing, and he was so welcoming, even the heater was turned on when we arrived, so it was warm and cosy. We couldn't believe how amazing the view was from our room, and it was so sparklying clean, and we loved the decor. Even our dogs were made very welcome and given special things to make them comfortable. The tennis court , pool, and fire pit were a good addition, as well as the visiting kangaroos and kookaburras ! The information about local eateries, etc, was greatly appreciated. We took all the suggestions on board and had a lovely weekend. We'll be back !

The room had been renovated and was comfortable and stylish. There was a nice selection of teas and the bathroom products were good. The best part was the incredibly comfortable bed and good pillows. Although the weather was not great the view of Merimbula was nether the less spectacular.
