The location of the hotel to the airport was the main attraction of this hotel as we had a very early check in so wanted to stay walking distance to the terminal and this was only a 12-15 min walk to the departure terminal which was ideal. The service from the lassie on reception was also good, warm welcome, explained regards food options in hotel next door as they dont serve food etc in Escale Kennedy and showed us to our room. The bed was comfortable.

The owners are really a delight! I had 2 issues - noise at 5 am from the room above and the food at the restaurant next door was awful. But the location, price, and hospitality are all great! You could do much worse!

We stayed here on our first night after arriving on a late flight and also booked for our last night of the trip as we had an early flight in the morning. We stayed in a different room but it was just as comfortable and clean as our first night. As it only a 10 minute walk form the airport where we had collected our hire car, it was easy to drop the car off the evening before our flight and just walk back to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when flying to/from Bordeaux. We appreciated the kettle in the room along with complimentary teas, and enjoyed the clean and comfortable bed.

We arrived at Bordeaux airport on a late night flight so wanted somewhere close to the airport so we could collect our hire car in the morning. Escale Kennedy is an easy 10 minute walk from the arrival hall and the couple who run it were awaiting our arrival. Room wasn't so big, but it was all very clean, including the bathroom, and there was a kettle with complimentary teas and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Linen and towels supplied. Host couple very friendly and helpful.
