The location was ideal for us. The hotel is close to the tram stop, just 2 stops from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. We went straight to the hotel from the airport. The hotel room was available from 2pm, the staff allowed us to store our luggage while we visited Bordeaux.

Nice hotel not far outside Bordeaux, Easy access to centre as Tram station just outside. All the staff was very friendly and happy to help. Hotel was clean and comfy as expected.
