I liked everything about this property… so much charm, a real colonial-style palace; wonderful owners and staff… but with affordable prices and the ability to use the kitchen and “feel at home”. People meet around the coffee machine and share tips and life experiences. Beautiful patios and gardens and a swimming pool to refresh after a day of visits.

Lovely big old house and decorated! Great size pool. Good shower and plenty of drinking water. And nice to have a welcome drink on arrival.

Beautiful spacious and grand historic buildings with high ceilings and great outdoor spaces including a small swimming pool and garden with comfortable chairs & sunbeds. Staff were all friendly and hardworking, especially Batiste, the manager, who could not have been more helpful with advice on what to do and where to go in Merida, as well as any questions/issues we had within the hotel.

Very nicely designed boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and confortable. The host is very nice and helped us fix a small issue easily. Cleaning is very well done every day.
