We found this place after our reservation in another hotel was cancelled 10 minutes prior to our check-in. We were greeted by Edgar (hope I'm not misremembering the name) with an extensive tour of the building we stayed and the facilities in other buildings. He was super kind and also had great recommendations for us about what to do in Merida. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, there was AC and a ceiling fan, bathroom was lovely, breakfast included in the price was good enough. This would be the first place I would look for if I ever went back to Merida.

Beautiful, clean accomodation with wonderful little touches like agua de Jamaica and a cool cloth on arrival. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The pools are perfect for a quick dip. Staff were friendly and kind.

Absolutely fell in love with this boutique hotel. We were welcomed very late in the evening by the super friendly staff and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is designed beautifully and the rooms have everything you need, we loved that we had a balcony in our room but there is also a shared patio and other common areas that you can use. Breakfast was amazing! The ladies and gentleman serving us were super friendly and also helped us with some questions about our trip to Uxmal. Everything was very clean and the distance to the city center was fine for us. Do not hesitate: please book this hotel when you visit Mérida! We even extended our stay ❤️
