This is a basic facility for a very reasonable price. I didn't bother with the a/c option as it was a very cool time of year, but it looked new.

Location was good being close to the cathedral and not far from ADO terminal. Bed was comfortable and bedding had crisp sheets, towel changed everyday with soap
