Previous reviews list shortcomings and alhough very dated, the old rooms (colonial in hotel speak) at the back are quieter and cheaper. Great location. Super friendly cleaners and the two concierges.

Location- excellent Staff - pleasant and friendly Shower - hot and good pressure Ok value for money, to be honest our hotel we had booked cancelled on us last minute for not having any water and so we were grateful for a room at all. (especially last minute on Dia de los muertos!)

The staff is helpful and efficient. The facilities provide space and comfort. The location in centro is interesting in every direction.
