The people working are incredibly helpful and friendly. They kindly greet you and help at every instance. The location is ideal, and the hotel is very secure with their closed-circuit surveillance system.

The ladies at the reception are super kind, they tried their best to accommodate. If you need something just ask (blanket, soap, toilet paper...) There is hot water, just let the water running for up to 25min.
