We had a great stay in La Piazzetta. The staff welcomed us, helped with parking and suitcases and showed us very great tips for activities nearby! Location is amazing, close by is a nice park with a water fountain show. Rooms were clean, well equipped and nice and cool :-). We had a great night sleep. And woke up to a nice breakfast with good coffee! Thanks so much for everything. We will definitely come back!

Small hotel with impeccable service. It is clean and safe, and the staff is extremely friendly. We had a great time in Mérida thanks to all the amazing recommendations Leo gave us. We highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful hotel, it's extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff are all so kind, welcoming, helpful and courteous. It has lovely decor in the downstairs cafe; lots of plants and Mexican crafts. Leo, the manager, sends recommendations every day for the cultural events that are on each day in Merida. I highly recommend this hotel.
