Absolute dream, felt like an oasis of calm and freshness in the city. The staff were extremely nice and thoughtful. The decoration is very well thought and makes this a perfect boutique hotel.

This is the place to stay if you are visiting Merida. Our expectations were exceeded - beautiful decor, thoughtful and attentive staff, excellent location.

Wonderful place. Owner Matt is attentive but discreet, and all staff are wonderful and want to please. Ideal location on a quiet street but close to Merida's most popular street, stores, restaurants.

The gardens and entire hotel were so beautiful. It was so peaceful at night sitting by the pool with all the lights in the gardens. Staff were so helpful and attentive and e eruthing was so clean!
