Great location, walkable to the main areas. Large room with comfy bed. We were impressed. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2am, but they were responsive when we informed them and accommodated our late check in no problem.

Lovely stay. Big, clean room, comfortable bed, and very friendly English-speaking staff. Great location within walking distance to the center and local markets. Would happily stay again.

Very handy location 5 mins walk from main square. Pool is more of a dipping tub when temperatures are extreme and the rooftop bath is fun if a bit strange! No bar and limited breakfast but I didn't need either. Very good facilities.

Very near central Merida and convenient. The hotel room was very spacious and I loved the rustic Mexican vibe. The swimming pool and decoration around were beautiful and there's a small cafe/ food area in the morning for breakfast and water supplied to drink. Also, Uber taxis are easily available around the area. Would highly recommend this hotel.
