You can reach the property using the scenic Via Fillipo Turatti, but its easier if you approach it through via Leanardo da vinci. This is our second stay at the property. The property is brilliant, it has a large totally enclosed garden, complete with toys for children and different bikes. The garden is very well maintained. The parents of the hosts live in the first floor, the property is a ground floor appartment. Antonia and Gemma are very friendly and gave a lot of tips whilst handing over the keys. The property is very well maintained and theres a secure gate (with ample parking just outside the property). The guests enter the property through a well furnished open plan living dining area. This leads to a corridor, with a room containing the washing machine and which then leads on to a shower room and toilet. The corridor leads on to two rooms- a smaller one with a sofa bed and a larger master bedroom. There's ample storage. All the white goods (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, etc) are present and very well maintained. The hosts also had left some essential tea, coffee and cookies. Bed linen and towels were provided. The rooms are very quiet in the evening. In the early morning, the bird song's simply divine! The views from the garden're really impressive, you can see snow capped mountains. The internet's quite good, the hostess has also provided a DVD player. The hostess is always accessible by email or phone and is extremely helpful! We left the keys with the parents of the hostess when we left. The town centre is just a few minutes walk away through via Gravellona Strada nuevo. The lake front has plenty of restaurants, pizzerias and bars. People're genuinely helpful. Theres a beautiful town church. You can buy groceries in the town centre, but there are some shops near Verbania which are less expensive. Lake Maggiore's just some minutes drive away. We look forward to returning!

Right from the very start, the process was so smooth! On the day of arrival, due to traffic conditions, we were really late, however we kept the property informed and they were willing to wait extra for us. The owner's parents showed us around, explained how everything works. The property is a fenced off and gated (perfect for pets), in a very quiet part of town, is a 5-10 minute walk to the lake restaurants and shops, and has excellent views of snow-capped mountains around it. There is ample parking in the front of the property. Its blessed with a large and well maintained garden with a massive lawn. The property is pet friendly (but please do inform the owner at the time of booking- we did that and the process was smooth). The property is located in the ground floor. There is an open plan kitchen/living room, complete with all the needed white goods, crockery, cutlery and even some food items. The open plan living-kitchen leads to a corridor. An antechamber with a washing machine and a cupboard holding iron, ironing board and other needed stuff leads to a shower room and the facilities. There's a very comfortable study-bedroom with a sofa bed on the other side of the corridor which then leads the main bedroom with a king sized bed and ample storage, toward the rear of the property. The owner has also provided bikes (of all sizes). The garden comes with a grill for barbequing and some excellent deck chairs where one can rest in the shade of some cherry trees and enjoy the view of the mountains around the area. The bird song in the garden, early in the mornings, is truly exceptional. The property has a good enough Wifi. Bed linen and towels were provided. It was comfortable, secure and pleasantly warm. The check out was equally smooth. In summary, we felt so much at home and the description provided by the owner is complete and accurate. We look forward to returning and wholeheartedly recommend the property.
