The cottage was so homely & cosy; the beds were really comfortable; great facilities (kitchen, fridge, AC); decent shower; mosquito nets covering the doors; stunning location; 2 very friendly cats; a genuinely friendly host

Beautifully situated with lovely views, lots of outdoor and indoor seating and it conditioning for the summer.

The location was perfect, near to Florence, Pisa and the coast. The house itself was beautiful and clean and we had everything we needed. The views from the garden and front of the house were gorgeous. The owners made it clear they were there for anything we needed and were very helpful when we did, but otherwise they left us to it and it felt very private.
