The property is located in a quiet, peaceful area overlooking a valley back to Perugia. Our room was comfortable, clean and very cosy. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the splendid hospitality afforded by our hosts - Francesco and Donatella. We had some delightful conversations with them; all of us working on our 'bilingual' language skills. They were particularly helpful providing local information about Perugia. We were also advised to visit Montelabate where the Abbazia Santa Maria stands. We had a private tour with Antonio, a most knowledgeable man particularly on the history of the abbey. All in all a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptional breakfast, Francesco and Donatella are incredible hosts, the room is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Big private parking. Highly recommended!
