Simple but modern, clean rooms. Excellent gym & sauna included. Also breakfast and parking. Good value. 5 mins drive from Meppen & 20 from Lingen

The breakfast was excellent, especially the last day of our stay: that morning the staff offered us fried eggs!

Fitness center free of charge beside the hotel with nice Sauna area. Surprise welcome drink:beer. This was nice after good exercise in gym. Breakfast was ok. All places very clean.
