The fine print
For information, we can provide all bed linen (beds made on arrival) as well as towels UPON REQUEST WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE:
* booking from 1 to 5 persons: 30 euros for the entire stay
* booking from 6 to 11 people: 50 euros for the entire stay.
This amount will be payable on the day of your arrival directly to the owners.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

What a lovely stay! After a long day of travelling across England and France, I arrived in Vierzon wondering how to get to Mennetou-sur-cher. I was running late and worried about the time to check in. It was after 8pm. I rang the host and she was so friendly. She explained she lives close by and not to worry about how long I would be. After a short taxi ride, she came out when I called again and met me and showed me the house. It was delightful. There was an outdoor seating bit, and then upstairs a modern and well decorated house above the anique shop. Feels very French! Opposite is a cafe / shop, over the road and along a bit is a patisserie boulangerie and 1 minute away is a crepe place cafe overlooking the river. Very well located. Picturesque. I was staying here for a wedding in the Chatea de la Plaudiere. On check out, I telephoned Virginie (the host) and she came out straight away to collect my keys. Fantastic communication. I found out that I was the first person to stay in the house through Booking.com. I was honoured to be the first guest. Lovely place to stay. Recommend!
