Ok location but there's lots of traffic noise as its on a busy road. The apartment is clean and nicely appointed but is very dated and could do with a refurbishment. No real natural light as windows are small and blinds are closed to prevent people seeing in. Apartment 1, ground floor. Photos are of multiple apartments on offer.

Large apartment with comfortable double bed in main room with good a/c. Nice kitchen. Good location for downtown.Very good value!

Esteban is a great host. When he learned that we were arriving early in the morning, he made a special effort to prepare the apartment, so that we wouldn't have to wait till the official check in and we were able to enter at 7 in the morning. He also gave us a lot of tips about Mendoza. At night we could sit on a rooftop terrace sipping wine and enjoying the stars. Outstanding stay.

Great landlord, quick response. Good room especially apt 3. Nice roof for relaxing. CP value is super high. I enjoy my 3 nights stay in Mendoza.
