Location was really, really good - on the main shopping street and only few blocks away from the Plaza Des Armas. Easy to walk to restaurants. Supermarket only couple of blocks away. Breakfast in the cafe that is part of the hotel, really nice. Pre check in worked as promised, we only had to pay when we came in and the rest was done. Room was comfortable, it had air con

The breakfast, the fact you could get food in the ground floor restaurant (good value/money). The size of the room. Enough towels. Easy communication with the receptionist via WhatsApp. Very helpful staff.
