Good breakfast, excellent coffee. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Amazing view of the lake Como. Cozy room. Comfortable bed. Quiet location close to main sights.

Spacious good breakfast for extra charge. Bed uncomfortable but rectified quickly. Kettle tea bags . Nice view from windows.

Super attentive host. Villa with long history. Free parking and one spot was always available. Great location in a quiet neighborhood 20mins walk from Menaggio city center. There is a walking trail just outside the house following Via Regina - the views were just breathtaking every morning.
