We had an amazing stay at Hotel Royal. Our room had a balcony with a view of the lake which was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were exceptional. Sofia in particular was so lovely and always so willing to help. She helped us plan day trips, let me use the iron for my clothes and found an adaptor so I could straighten my hair! The breakfast was very nice. They had pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, bread etc. and the cappuccinos and lattes were delicious
