The bar in the lobby was clean and inviting. The lady who was serving me was very polite also. The breakfast options was okay. As we book before September 25 we was given a $15 voucher per person every morning to spend on breakfast which was a nice touch. The pool was deep enough and a decent size. The jacuzzi was HOT very very nice. Clean pool area and a good amount of room for seating etc. there was TONS of space for parking which was free. Big big hotel with loads of floors get a nice view from the 9th floor where we stayed. Big comfy beds with Netflix availability. Digital key was easy as not to loose physical card and online check in was easy and fast. Location wasn’t too far from Graceland/beal street but you’ll definitely need a car if your staying at this hotel otherwise taxi costs will add up. Overall mega happy with the hotel and would 100% recommend to anyone. Will be back if I’m ever in Memphis.

Beautiful lobby, staff welcoming, happy hour , rooms beautifully presented & clean . Good hot shower , great location.
