Guests residing in the same city may require special approval to accommodate the stay.Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Very nice house/apartment for a comfortable stay for 7 to 9 people. Modernly furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, although the space of the rooms and bathrooms is very stupidly arranged. One room with a double bed has a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, while the room next to it, which has 3 beds, shares the bathroom with another double room (5 people in one bathroom). With a little effort and imagination of the architect, the larger bathroom can be partitioned off and connected to the 3-bed room. We were a mixed group (9) of adults and the bunk beds were unsuitable for us, so one of our friends slept on the sofa in the living room, which was completely okay in the end. The overall impression is very good, the facility is close to the center, very clean, has a parking space for 2 cars (garage) and is comfortable for 5-6 adults + 2-3 children. I definitely recommend it.

The abode was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend staying here.

Under 10 minute walk to Beale Street which was handy. Apartment was very modern and well equipped for self catering. Plenty of space and roof terrace was great.
