The restaurant was very good and the service ( thank you Robert and the area responsible) impeccable. I had a massage that was also very nice. The cleaning ladies were attentive.

I’m not sure, but this might be one of the best hotels in Las Palmas. Then again, Las Palmas doesn’t have that many good hotels. It’s probably the best hotel along the Promenade. It’s not a five-star hotel, but there’s something about it, and most things are nice—except for the food. Breakfast is fine, but everything they serve for dinner is just bad, plain and simple. They really should hire a new chef.

The location is great, have a easy access to the Maspalomas beach and shops. The hotel is beautiful, have lovely garden and swimming pools. The food is great, staff are friendly, and the Friday RIU party is a great fun.
