The location is somewhat remote and a little difficult to find.....but to us that and the associated 'quiteness' was a benefit that we very much appreciated.

Quiet and peaceful location. Hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Range of breakfast food and drink was very good too.

An isolated premium house in a picture postcard location and grounds. Great views of the canal and lakes. Large first floor bedroom in homely style with a good shower, electric room heater, tea (no coffee) and kettle. Bike (velo) kept in garage. An accommodating host who responds readily to messages. Nice bread, jams and ham at breakfast.
