Sara “Amazing buffet and great hotel with some things to improve”

The overall experience was really good. We were highly surprised by the quality of the buffet. Breakfast was generous and dinners were always exciting. Many times when you have half pension in a hotel you end up tired of the food but it wasn’t our case. Every day we were happy to discover the thematic menus. The personal of the hotel was always kind and wishing you to have a nice day. The girl from the spa was lovely and the people working in the rooms were always paying attention to detail. There is nothing to do around but it is super well connected with a bus line and there is a port to do excursions so that was great. If you look for chill holidays in Malta this place is great!

We had a very lovely stay, with an upgraded room of full seaview. The new manager was very friendly, which made us feel warmly welcomed as if staying in a boutique hotel. We had a half pension stay, each night there was a different kitchen theme with many options. The allergens were not written on the labels but if you have a food intolerance, you should definitely make a request. Once, when all the dishes have garlic in it, the chef of the day came out of the kitchen to prepare a garlic-free dish for me. She was very lovely and kind and I am grateful for this. ****In general, from all levels, the staff members are very attentive to your requests and well-being.****

Johannes (from the reception), Anup and the waitress from the lobby bar (which name starts with Aa, sorry but i dont remeber the whole name), were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and well-equipped.The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and the food was excellent.
